Developed by Mat Boca Co, in order to integrate our clients and partners into our business, it allows them to contribute towards designated projects by our company in diversely ways to accommodate the possibilities of each investor.

It operates as follows:

By providing fixed-rate profit in dollars, it offers security all participants and provides supporting documentation for the investment. The investor contributes to the development of a project and upon its finished, receives their capital plus the agreed-upon interest, which can be reinvested partially or in full.

Through an associative form: we share the development of our projects with investors as associates, allowing them to participate from 30% to 100% of the value of the property being developed. With an administration fee of 10% of the profits received after the sale and deduction of all expenses, this tool is a joint investment that allows for the equitable distribution of profits and helps investors improve their return on the capital invested.
